Weight Loss checkin 9/30/02

Is it OK if I start this thread?

I weighed in at 225 this morning so I have lost 2 lbs this week. I guess my extra exercise must be compensating for my extra little pudding cups and such (for now anyways). :)

Well done ! Are you exercising to Cathe ? I did my first Cathe video last night and loved it !
I am glad you have posted this thread because I am hoping to post my weight losses every Monday, too. I am going to weigh myself later today, and compare with next monday's weight reading. So I shall let you know how I go !

Hi Anna! That sounds great. I am relieved that I lost two pounds since I had a few transgressions.

I actually don't have any Cathe videos yet. I am going to order her Wedding video first. But, I'm trying to conserve cash until we sell our house (we just bought a new house so we're trying to sell our old one) so as soon as we do that I'm going to order it. I can't wait!! I'm getting kinda bored with my current video set.

Which Cathe video did you get?

I didn't weigh in this am, I woke to "TTOTM" yesterday am so I figured weighing would be futile! :) So I'll have to wait until next Monday for a weight loss post (keep your fingers crossed there'll be a loss to report :))
But my eating was fair last week, good days and bad days, and I'm hoping for a week of really good days this week, and it's always easier for me "after" "TTOTM" to concentrate on cleaner eating, so I'm hoping for a "good eating week."

Good luck to my fellow "losers" this week, I hope many a # has rolled away collectively!

I did the step part of the Wedding video (doing weights tonight)and my jeans were baggy this morning ! It was amazing, I can thoroughly recommend it ! I also bought Mega Step Blast, but so far I have only watched it.

Hi Donna

I don't blame you for not weight checking. TTOFTH can put about 3# onto you without even having horrendous eating days. I know, it does the same to me, in fact I think it is water retention that does it, what do you think ?

Hi Donna, I think it's a good choice for you not to weight in. Even though you know there's a rational explanation for possible increased #'s, it's still depressing! I'm sure next week you'll step on there and have lost something though. We just have to keep hanging in there!

I'm feeling much better since having my husband take a pic of me yesterday. I can tell a difference between my pic a few months ago and my picture yesterday. I was really feeling like there just wasn't much difference so that helped boost my spirits.

Hi All,
It feels like its been ages since I checked in, but I only missed one week! I had a trial last week, so my work schedule was so busy! Anyway, I did not lose anything this week. I'm holding steady at 142.5 pounds. I'm 2.5 pounds away from my goal wedding weight! Only two more weeks to meet the goal! Congrats to all losers this week!

Hi everybody. I am like you Linda, I missed one week and feel like I haven't checked-in in ages. I didn't lose any pounds this week but my clothes continue to get looser and looser. I was out of town last week (at my in-laws) so I didn't get much exercising in besides walking. Our baby is starting to sleep through the night! YIPPEE! But I have not gotten myself to the point of working out in the morning, and by nap time I am just so happy both kids are in bed I pretty much collapse on the coach. I have to work on a routine that includes my work-out time. I ordered ALL of the new DVDs that Cathe is making and while the S&H was free I ordered the Pure Strength series. I am so excited to start them! Linda, I think as long as your dress fits well, I wouldn't stress too much on the numbers that the scale says these last two weeks. Sometimes that scale can be nasty and I don't want it to depress you before your happy day! Everything in moderation! See you next week with hopefully good news! Heather

I weighed myself tonight (I know it is not the best time of the day to do so ), and I feel very depressed, I weigh in at 182#.
Not good,:-(, so I am determined to do something about this.
