Weight loss check in

There are some Little Debbie's that are a lot less....the reduced fat Oatmeal Pies, and the Marshmallow cookies are not that bad. If you have to eat candy, (I've mentioned these before) try "Sweet Escapes."

I just ordered "Weight Watchers at Home" so I can learn about their point system. Couldn't get a deal on e-bay, so I ordered it straight from their website.
 
The weight watchers I am following is an old one. It is called quick start.....with all the coloured little boxes.

Besides filling in the boxes, I am writing down what it was I actually ate. I don't want to go too low in calories because I do want to have the energy and I want my body to feel well fed.....I will add more vegetables and fruits and even bread when I feel it needed.

I think I'll try to stay away from sweet stuff for a while......maybe if I feel really strong I'll have a treat. I am not usually able to stop myself once I get going. Also, I am looking forward to seeing if you post any cookies recipes :9.....I have made several of your cakes recipes in the past and they were yummy....but deadly. :9

I am also brushing my teeth a lot....whether they need it or not. The toothpase is a nice minty mini treat. :)
