Weight Loss Challenges/Transformations

Does anyone happen to know of a weight loss challenge or transformation challenge anywhere? I was late to the game for the Biggest Loser Challenge America. I would like to do something like that. Any suggestions?

at my apartment weight room they have a weight lose challenge.maybe you could do something like that or suggest it if you live in an apt.
