Weight lifting & fkrm pointers for wrist issues

Hi Cathe & Merry Christmas,

Last month I did a Perfect 30 & FitSplit rotation using heavier weights & began to experience tenderness in the thumb joint of one hand & carpal tunnel-like symptoms in the other. I've noticed you often give grip/form pointers when performing bicep exercises and chest presses. I wonder if you could do an update in your weekly blog for proper wrist/hand positions when lifting. I started using wrist wraps which helped a lot and which made me more aware of mistakes in my form. I'd appreciate it you could include an article on the blog that addresses this in more detail. Thanks in advance.
