Weight increases on PLB

Ok, this is a more thought out question than my previous. :)
I am getting PLB & PUB dvd. My question is does Cathe say in the beginning what her weight increments will be? I know I am no way able to lift what she can and I don't want to over do it for myself. Also I will be using dumbbells so I have to modify just a little. Do you know what weight increases she uses during PLB?
 
She starts with 25 or 30 lb dumbell and always adds in 5 lb increments. I think she tops off at 40 or 45 for everything. (I'm not sure, since I use different weight than she does, but I hear her say what she's using.)
 
Ok so if my max would be two 15lb dumbbells (totaling 30 lbs) where should I start at, 5lb dumbbells (totalling 10 lbs) ?
 
I think you would start with 10#, then go to 12#, then 15#. It will depend on what you have. But you can start where-ever you feel comfortable. "It's YOUR workout!" as Cathe would say.:)
