Weight In Cathe's Dvd

I am new to Cathe's workout. I love it, especially weight training. It has magic to helps me to push myself like no other video programs did.

I have questions about the weight need all your Cathe savvy's help.

In her video, for example, PUB/PLB. She said she used 30lbs barbell. Does it mean each side of plates weight 30lbs or the total weight of barbell is 30lbs.

The reason I am asking was b/c I have second handed barbell. The bar itself weights 20lbs. If she meant total weight 30lbs, in my case, I should add 2 5lbs plates one on each side. Is it right?

Wanfit....Welcome!! Yes when Cathe says 30 lbs it is including the weight plates and the barbell...so adding the 2 5 lb plates to your 20 lb bar would be 30...:)...Carole
