Hi, I am new at posting here but have read a ton. I am 5'3 and 123lbs. I do just about every Cathe video cardio, weights, abs and before kids I was about 116-118 but never worked out....do you think I can get back to 118 or could I possibly have put on 5lbs. of muscle...I ask cuz I am at a weight plateau. My diet is Ok and could be better...I am working on that part too and hope to see more definition in my upper arms....they are ok but lacking "good" defintion. Any suggestions about losing weight and gaining definition preferrably in upper arms? Thanks so much.
