Weight Gain and S&H

I'm going to be starting a S&H series rotation soon for the first time. I was wondering how many people actually gained weight with this series b/c of the possible tendency to bulk up with these tapes. Thanks for your input.

Hi Stacy,
I have done only one rotation of S&H thus far, (returning to it soon!)and I had no weight gain, only weight loss during the 4 weeks I did it. I did however have an increase in appetite about the 2nd week of the rotation, it seemed my body needed more fuel in order to maintain that rotation. I was doing S&H and MIS, and 1600 cal/day was not enough so I was advised to slowly increase my caloric intake to find what would satisfy my body.
I had great results with S&H. It brought out development in my shoulders and triceps the most, and that's saying a lot when you consider I still have body fat layers that I have to shed!
Be patient with S&H, don't look for changes day 1, it was actually about the beginning of week 3, maybe even week 4 that I could see the changes it had made. I felt the strength changes in 2 weeks, but the visible results were closer to the end of the rotation.
It's a great series, you should love it! :)

I try not to weigh myself too often but I got some nice muscle definition out of S&H, which would cause a weight increase since muscle is more dense than fat; hence, it weighs more. On the bright side, it takes up less room so you find that your weight goes up but you get smaller. And that's a great feeling!
