Weekend Workout Plans? I need ideas

This post is rather early but I need some input on what you all plan on doing to give me some ideas.
Tonight is either KPC or 4DS bc/kb.
Saturday, I have no clue.
Sunday,need another one too.

Tomorrow is a steady-state run 45+ minutes and Abs

Saturday will be GSBSB

Sunday will probably be B&G leg blast premix plus extra cardio

Whatever you choose - have a blast!!

Friday I think I will do LIC cardio premix, Saturday 4DS legs and shoulders, maybe some cardio, and Sunday is rest!
 
FRI- GS Legs with Cardio & Weights abs & CTX abs

SAT- Suppose to be Rest day but I am doing 45 Minutes on my Recumbent Bike & Stretchmax #3

Sun- Pure Strength Chest only Body Max Chest only, PS Back only BM Back only & PS Abs only & P.M. Yoga of my choice

For me....Friday is my weight lifting day. I have 30 minutes of cardio and abs on tap for Saturday. I plan on taking my dog for a good brisk walk that day and doing abs when I get home. I'll mix it up with Cathe (I own almost the entire catalog) and premixes but I also like Amy Bento, Kelly Coffy Meyer, and Kimberly Spreen. I also do iTrain workouts as well as cardio coach....or I just take a good brisk walk anywhere from three to seven miles depending on how much time I have. Despite this long list I just have you I have to admit some days I just cannot find inspiration and it comes down to sheer will power to get my arse in gear. WTH is that??? ;) Summer is coming and that means I'll be hitting the high peaks again. Yippee!
 
Tomorrow is Upper+ and Abs/Core+.

Saturday is going to be a light cardio, yoga or a rest day depending upon my mood (that pesky exercise ADD is at it again!:p).

Sunday is going to be a work out called Mint Condition that I got from M & F Hers while in Barnes and Noble the other night-it's a combo of plyo moves for the lower body and push ups for the upper body done circuit style. It sounds super intense...I can't wait! }(
 
Friday ~ Upper Plus (X+) and Abs/ Core Plus (I'll be workin' out w/ ya, Wendy!)

Saturday ~ Hope to get in at least half mile swim (and then rest)

Sunday ~ 10K run (just racing w/ my buddy, no local ones to race & it's on our half marathon training plan to race this weekend....)

What type of schedule are you following? What workouts do you have? I'm sure we can give you suggestions. }(
 
I am finishing up some late night work (nothing like procrastination!) Anyway, as I lie here in bed, my legs are screaming at me for doing the Hardcore Extreme with the leg conditioning drills. Then I guess I hadn't had enough so I biked a while, hoping my legs would feel better. OUCH. I may fall out of bed in the morning :) It's a good feeling though. Anyway, that is my suggestion.
 
Well, I own MOST of Cathe. not all.
Lately, I've been doing 4DS Double Cardio Premix, KPC, last night tried and failed at 4DS CardioPower premix but might do it before work today.
IMAX2, SB, SJ&P have all been done lately. BM2 is on the list.

Well, back to bed. Lots of good suggestions so far.
 
Friday - Rest Day! :D
Saturday - 4DS Upper Body and bleacher/running intervals at track
Sunday - 5 mile run
 
My plans will be cardio and circuit work. I use circuit workouts with my TM for a longer cardio session. Ive even done this using ME b/c it is an endurance workout and my HR didn't drop to much.

I love the 4DS Cardio Power premix, that's a good one! Lots of good options there, I'm sure you'll think of something to do! ;-)
 
I'm basing my schedule on the weather (and Clarissa's loverly Pyramids rotation!). Today is going to be warm and sunny, so I'll do a walk/run when I get home, and maybe some yoga. I'm doing PUB and the Blasts Only premix from IMAX2 tomorrow, and on Sunday, it's PLB and a walk - if the rain holds out; if not, I'll do the elliptical.
 
Fri - 20 min on TM or elliptical and lifting for back, biceps, hamstrings and glutes

Sat - 40-60 min on elliptical

Sun - REST!!!!
 
Today was upper body (did Body for Life pyramid style).
Tomorrow is a rest day, but might do Yin Yoga by Jennifer Kries
Sunday is cardio--I think I might do a premix of Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme or a few combos of her ASCII with intervals between combos.
