Today I did a Cathe Live - lean legs or something + a skogg cardio/KB workout. sweaty but it was a good workout

Hi Ceci. Thanks (as always) for getting the weekend check in started. Today was Cathe Live Smokin upper body with blasts #111. My arms feel like limp noodles right now. Very nice indeed. Hope everyone is ok.
 
Did another upper body mix, this time was biceps, triceps , & shoulders.....so got all parts of upper body plus
Abs today.....tomorrow could be either lower body, or cardio.
 
Lazy day, went back to 2 Gander Mountains which are closing. I did get 2 sets of ankle/wrist weights , one set of 2 pounds and one set of 3 pounds. Will probably use the 3 pounders for my ankles while walking and the 2 pounders for my wrist while teaching. Though I may have to wait till all the medical stuff is over with. They were a good price.

I will try and walk tomorrow.

Oh and I got a pair of running shoes, but I will use them on my walks/jogs.

Today I did my own WB of bi's/shoulders + skogg (mix of push ups and swings) + a skogg stretch.

Peg - I must check that one out! I love working my upper body more than anything else
Linda - double workout - good for you

I hope to see you all tomorrow but it really should be a rest day for me - we shall see
 
Good morning all! Linda are you still having problems streaming? I gave up!! I bought a lightning AV adapter and hdmi cord to hook my iPhone up to the tv. It mirror screens my phone and allows me to use the app. I was using Chromecast with my samsung tablet. Too friggin frustrating....! It's unfortunate that I had to spend more money. Anyway, today I did the Fit tower Bootcamp. I'm tired though and barely got through it. Menopause is kicking my butt, attitude, weight, sleep etc.
 
Hey all! I've missed you lately! I've been so busy, which is a good thing.

My workouts have been less frequent lately, but my fitness level seems to be the same. I'm picking it up again. We signed up to do a 100 mile bike ride. It's NOT in the mountains, so it should be very doable for me. Today I'm doing a 2 hour ride.

My classes start this week. I'm taking two. They should be pretty easy, though.

Hope everyone is well. Today I did a blender mix, for the lower body, "Loopy Lower Body" (don't you just love
My workout names? :). That is a good one, uses tower and just the loop, with weights as well for 2 of the exercises.
Actually after the warmup, when you start with the loop, you can just leave it on, till you get to the stretch.
Peg, my streaming has been good, but I always use a hdmi cable if I am using my Chromebook, or an adapter and
HDMI cable if I use my iPad with the apps. Never been a big deal with me to hook my device to the tv. I just have
A hdmi cable hooked to my tvs, ready to go!
 
Well ladies, I put on my new shoes added the 3 lb ankle weights (which I had been wearing around the house barefoot) and I went to my walking buddy's house and dragged her out for a quick walk since she was making bread (waiting for it to rise again after her husband plopped it down on the table and it fell), so we did a quick 33 minute walk .

After I came home and took the weights off my legs felt sooo light[emoji16].

Tomorrow I have my annual squish o gram at 1:30, so my workout after my class will be shortened especially if I talk too much[emoji53].

This weekend I just did a little of this & that around the house and tried to catch up on some rest. The smoke has dissipated a bit, so going for hilly walk this evening.

Linda, I was thinking of you and hoping you are doing okay in Virginia. Just shocked, very saddened and angry about what happened over this weekend. It's unbelievable and extremely scary. Just the sight of a single Neo-Nazi is terrifying, let alone a whole "march" of them. Stay safe.
