Weekend Check-in. Saturday & Sunday, September 6 & 7, 2025

Ok, I ended up taking a 53 minute residential walk/jog and got to talk to my kids YMCA swimming teacher. She is still teaching!! It was nice to catch up.

Annette- I know you said this would probably be a rest day. Then had a change of heart & decided to take a 53 min residential walk/jog, Nice low key workout -sounds fun:) Even nicer you got to catch up with your kids former swim teacher.

I didn't much sleep for the second night in a row, oh well let's pray this is a temporary thing. Any ways I did get a workout in PTL!

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Strength -LIVE Full Body Strength = 30 Min
Used Db's pairs: 10's, 15's, and 20's and a mat

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycle- LIVE - 45 Min Cycle Workout = 50 Min

That was tough on today but a good challenge. Good Stuff major sweatfest:)

problems sleeping.......I wake up constantly thru the night, most of the time no problems getting back to
sleep, but sometimes no matter how hard I try, I just can't. Not unusual for me at all to be up for the day
at 4AM! I usually will nap in the afternoon when that happens.....cause I'm dragging...........
