Hydrow Circuit Training # 39- 20 min. Rowing & Weights Hiit
Blender- "Ab Stacker & Mini Ball Abs - 10 min.

Just 30 min. this morning, but was just enough! Enjoy your weekend, probably will take me a "day off" tomorrow!

Back to back rest days for me due to too much work going on. The end of the week always gets so busy. No workout = sadness :(

Today I did a mix of a Cathe Live for chest and tri's - it was some split workout using moderate to heavy weights. I added on a 15 minute bodyweight leg workout from Oliver Sjostrtom. I will do a stretch from bully juice.

Nice workouts this weekend Linda and Nora.

Annette - You just had covid days ago and look at you already back at it. Wow! You recovered quickly.

Great CatheLive workout this AM Siobhan along with 15 min lower body & a stretch.

I wasn’t going to do a workout today, but all the talk about boxing gloves, got me wanting to do a heavy bag workout with mine, so I pulled out Kelly’s Meltdown dvd
and did Workout #2- Heavy Bag Tabata Boxing- 30 min. It’s a fun workout…she has
Sam showing shadow boxing without a bag too. So that will be it…

have a good day girls….at least the rain has stopped here….:)
 
Hey ladies, hubby's cough is still around so we didn't go to church this morning (I am on my last day needing a mask in public ( day 10)). So I just did 20 minutes of floorwork and standing work for abs, legs and glutes. Tomorrow I should be back at the gym for cardio.

I really think the antiviral helped in our recoveries from covid.
