Good morning girls! Rest weekend for me.....

YT- Earth & Owl 10 Minute Rebounder Ropeless workout
Nora, THANK YOU! I do alot of Earth & Owl rebounding workouts, I really like her......I hadn't checked her
new stuff out for awhile, this looks great! and I just noticed that she just added another 15 min. RLJR &
rebounder workout about an hour ago! I am still looking at the CrossRope ropeless, been wanting it
for a couple years now.....LOL! Again, thanks so much...

BTW, great workout Friday doing KCM 30MTF- Body Design - Kickboxing with Light dumbbells (I absolutely
love that little workout too, one of my favorites & so fun) and Kelly's BoxFit Workout # 2-Weights-36 min.
(I have done that one many times as well)
 
Hi ladies,

Today is October Days downtown so I walked to downtown then walked around all the vendors , bought a pair of earrings and then walked home. All in all about a 70 minute walk. Sounds good to me.

PS that equaled 4505 steps according to my phone.
 
That sounds neat, Annette! A smaller town, close here, is having their October days today too. But you know, I don’t believe I ever went…they always have a tremendous
crowd & run shuttle buses to & from some of the schools close by for people to be able
to park.

Ours isn't too crowded and for once I went and didn't see a single person I knew not even any gym people. Sigh. Guess there is next year. Plus technically I am not from here so I don't know a lot of locals though we have lived here since 1998.

Annette- That October days walk sounds so fun. Great walk of 70 Min and 4505 steps! That is a great Saturday workout. Have a wonderful evening;) We don't have anything like that here. Even still, sounds like it would a fun walk with a in person friend or by yourself, it's all good. Have blessed & relaxing evening;)

Nicki- It sounds like you had a nice relaxing day watching football. Well there was some great college football games today. My team has a bye week, so no game for them today. Have a good night;)

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling - 30 Min Feel Good Pyramid Circuits = 30 Min

Good Morning Ladies,

Great to see us all checking in this weekend. WTG with your workouts, walking and football watching :).

Yesterday I did a 40 minute C&E workout for lower body. Today I did a 40 minute C&E workout for upper body. I'd love to do more Cathe as I subscribe to her Live/blender but I feel like I've done them all many times over. I used to use the blender to create my own workouts but stopped along the way. I've been in the mood lately for more variety but will never unsubscribe to Cathe as I can't live without her. That's not a life worth living. I'm obviously too attached :(.

Nice weekend workouts Siobhan! C&E 40 min. lower body workout yesterday & 40 min. C&E upper body
workout this morning. That's the way to get it done! I agree, it would be very hard to give up OnDemand,
even tho' I have the dvds as well! and you all know, I am a blender junkie!! :)
