Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

Today I am short on time. Before counselling, I have to get my DD to the train station. She is heading back to University today after being home for the Fall break. She is doing much better than when we picked her up last weekend! Fingers crossed she keeps up the exercise. It makes such a difference in her mood and self-esteem.

That said - I did Cathe Live You can do anything for a minute. It was good and sweaty.

Very, very happy to hear this. I hope she keeps it up as well. Maybe she has a friend who also likes to be active?

I really liked this one as well. I needed a break during it, though. lol.

Hi Ladies,

Yesterday I did not manage a w/o as it was late by the time I got home and my headache was still pretty bad.

Today I got to sleep in [emoji322][emoji322][emoji322]
Then after hours of housework I quickly looked thru another bew book:

And I decided to do w/o 1 from phase 1, but doing the exercises EDT style. So first 2 core exercises then alternating upper and lower body for 2 EDT sessions and finishing off with 3 intervals. I followed this up with Suzanne Bowen's perfect pilates 10min stretch, so all in all worked for about an hour.

Real good w/o [emoji4] I am enjoying researching and doing weights using EDT, books and music instead of only dvd's although it takes more prep time.

Afterwards my son had a game with another team so suddenly I had to rush again. Seems to happen every weekend. I rarely show up without a red face and wet hair when my son has a game later in the day.

Walked around a gun show for an hour and 20 minutes. That's all for me today .

Hope your headache is better today Henriette. Yeah, that is the book I mentioned earlier. Great job on your workout and bball!!

I said yesterday I didn't plan a workout, although LIVE called me & I ended up doing the Strength portion of Low Impact Cardio Step and Strength plus added my own side planks. This is definitely one of my faves! :)
 
Good Sunday to all, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Mine could be better... :) I'm getting "stir crazy" not being able to do much of
anything.....reading, watching all the "hoop-la" on the election......I did pick up my weights yesterday and do some curls, overhead presses,
etc......no lower body for awhile......

Today I did a mish mosh. I did Cathe's WB of EDT RWH legs/biceps + WB EDT Hardstrikes chest/shoulders + my own 6 sets of standing abs.

Linda - nice to get some kind of a workout in. I miss my workouts too when my body says nooooooooo.
Henriette - boy you are a busy lady! I am busy but I think you win the prize for energy
Elsie - I just love your spirit! You are just so bright-sided
Annette - an easy stroll is a nice break

Hi ladies,

Nice workouts!

Today was another day with quite some rushing. Slow start, then as it was my son's bday I ended up playing Playstation (NBA 2k17) with him and watching a movie as well as baking him some cupcakes. He then asked to play alone so I managed to do the Shine Dance Fitness Halloween w/o. I closed all curtains and used the beamer so I really felt like I was at the party. I think I am going to really miss Shine when my subscription ends in a week.

It wasn't love at first try, but now I love it. My feet and toes feel extra sore now that I am doing the exercises that my therapists told me to do, and my shins/calves are far from good, but I need my w/o's even if they are low impact or modified at times and dancing is fun when my body is still recovering from a day of EDT.

Today, once again I headed off to a game red faced. [emoji5]

Elsie - Do you also have that book that I tried a w/o from yesterday? Have you read it? If so, did you like it?

Linda - glad to hear you managed some exercises. Hope you get better soon. Being so limited is no fun.
