Nora, great workout yesterday and my goodness, a long one, doing
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- 60 minute Rhythm Ride Cycling Workout ( it still amazes me how long your
cycling workouts are sometimes!)
and KCM 30MTF- Cardio Pump- Workout#2 Weights (Pyramid)= 33 Min I think I have done that workout!

Today I did KCM TLC Boxing Combos with my Cathe boxing gloves on. It is 32 minutes long. Might be something else later but not sure and at least I got a workout in.

Have a great rest day Linda! I am sure Siobhan is deep into cooking for her family.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more C&E for 45 minutes - total body heavy weights. I stretched in between and will do a bit of a longer one after this post.

Linda - Facts - everyone has been baking (my DD's are huge bakers - my youngest made two gluten and dairy free pumpkin pies, I made an apple pie and my eldest baked chocolate chip cookies but added spider legs to the chocolate chips that peek through to make them spooky and threw in some orange m&m's. She will also make those grocery store pilsbury hallowe'en cookies with the pumpkins in the middle but from scratch). The rest of the day is cooking.
Annette - You always manage to find a new and sweaty cardio workout that you like!
Nora - WTG with your mix of Kaleigh and KCM :)
