Happy Birthday to your Hubby Annette. My DHs Birthday was the day before Thanksgiving.

I may go missing for awhile. We have a really busy week coming up and then company arriving for at least a week. I have a workout plan to be sure I get it done but won’t be on the Internet much.

Today I did a mix of a Cathe Live PHA 3 + added on 15 minutes of MPL. I took a rest day yesterday. So busy in my business over the last few days I just needed to sit down and do some case notes. It helped me start my day with less stress.
