Good Morning Everyone,

It's been a chaotic week. My DD was home until yesterday morning + I'm still working every day. It was too hard to get in my workouts the last couple of days. My DH drove DD back to Ottawa yesterday. I managed a short 37 minute T&D workout this morning. I was glad to get something in.
