Good morning ladies!

I decided to do a workout this morning.. haven't done it yet, but things are out & ready. I am going to do CatheLive- Burn Sets- Biceps & Triceps- 39 min. I'll do it shortly. Hope everyone is good, and have a good weekend everybody!

Today I managed 32 minutes of a Cathe Live for Upper Body and Core (last week's w/o). I am short on time today (as usual).

Hi ladies,

Today I was up earlier than normal so I did the 1st 5 minutes of an older I Love Kickboxing workout but wasn't feeling it. So I switched to a new I Love Kickboxing workout that was only 22 hours old. It was called 45 Minute Kickboxing Aerobic Workout to Burn Fat 80's Themed.

It was good and sweaty.

So that made a 50 minute kickboxing workout for me today.
