I have to re-do my workout schedule for the next 2 weeks and move things around, cause my CoffeyFit Raw
app subscription expires at the end of the month, and I'm gonna try and squeeze as many workouts in
as I can!
 
Hi ladies,

While I took a regular Tylenol at 7:30 this morning so I could go back to sleep and I did manage to go back to sleep. I did not need a stronger painkiller when I finally got up. So that is a plus, it is killing me not to be able to lay in the sun, but this antibiotic is brutal with its sun sensitivity.

I did do 28 minutes of mostly floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some light dumbbell work thrown in the mix and some knees and kicks. Can't sit around and do nothing, sorry.

I am down 7.75 pounds so far and I'll take it.

on the antibiotics & sun exposure thing. Better safe than sorry!
