Today I did squat rack legs week 2 + spinning with SSOD - 16 minutes + my own stretch and yoga moves.

I am working part of the weekend and then - just puttering around the house :)

I actually managed a workout today. Hubby was on the computer paying bills so I jumped at the chance to do something.

I did Billy Blank's Taebo Turbo Charged Fat Burner which was 32 minutes long. Nice workout for a Saturday.

Nice shout out to new people let's hope we get some.

We had a great visit with my daughter. She is so busy but we did have time for lunch and dinners.

I did a lot of walking the past two days.

Today was Upper Body plus Core Live.

This morning I did my own workout blender of Upper Body - Fitsplits and Lite (back, chest, bis) + a 20 minute hiit workout from studio sweat on demand + my own stretch and yoga moves.

Lisa - so nice you had a great time with your DD. And Annette - working out on the weekend? nice!

i hope to see you all tomorrow. It's daylight savings weekend here which means sleep is way off. Lets see if I sleep tonight.
 
We got 7-8 inches of snow and I did over 2 hours of Shovel Max. Because scheduled W/O was pylo 2 I decided to switch it up and do RWH hiit 1 instead.
