I took a rest day yesterday. I don't think i have done that one before. It's always good to have variety so I also love the slower paced workouts. I bet you got a good stretch.
Today I did Cathe's latest live. I added on 5 minutes of Gede Foster's core challenge (I couldn't do the repeat). I added on 15 minutes of MPL - great stretch.
Now, to shower as I am in the office for 9:30am.
