Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, June 14 & 15, 2025

Hi ladies,

Yay!! I got a Saturday workout in,whoohoo!!

Just finished Hard Strikes the premix with just the kickboxing and boxing cardio and the cooldown stretch which is 34.43 minutes. I am sweating buckets but the house temp was only 79°F , so just under my no w/o at home temp.

Nice workouts so far ladies!!

Good Sunday Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. Today I did T&D total body + my own stretch for 45 minutes. I am heading to Ottawa for a couple of days to see my MIL and DDs. I won't be checking in on Tuesday and Wednesday, as a result. Fingers crossed I work out tomorrow morning (we shall see...).

Went to Dobbs Ferry today and toured the area. Nice river walk along the Hudson.

Looking forward to getting back to my monthly rotation tomorrow.
