CatheLive- " Sweat & Shred Upper Body" - 46 min. I believe I have a CatheLive workout each day next
week, some shorter, some longer.

Nora, I wanted to pass on to you a little neat tip I learned with all YT workouts, especially on rebounding workouts, but really all workouts .....maybe you already know, but sometimes on rebounder workouts, the
beats of the music is just a tad too fast for me...so.......at the bottom of the video screen, on the right side,
you will see a little gear icon, if you click on that, it brings up a box with different items and you should see
one called "PlayBack speed, if you click on that, it brings up a little box that has a line, with choices to go
slower or faster, it's at 1.0 Normal Speed and on the left of that line you will see a minus circle (or on the
right of the line, a + circle. To make it a bit slower, just click on the minus circle and each time you click,
it brings it down by .5, meaning if you click 2 times, it will be at .90......It doesn't affect how the speech,
music sounds, but just brings it a bit slower and you can adjust to your liking, etc. I've used that sometimes,
for when I want to do a particular workout, but the music is just a bit too fast. Like I said, you can do it
on all workouts.........Just info for you! :)
 
Hi ladies,

Basically I won't find out if I have any disorders or genetic abnormalities until my next visit which is July 10th.

Today I did 2 Taebo Express (the Kicks one and the Punches & Knees one) so 23 minutes of cardio. Then I did 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with 2 isometric holds plus within that time was a 5 minute stretch.

So all in all 38 minutes of a workout, yay me!! Nice workout Linda!

Good morning everyone,

I worked out yesterday - I did STS 2.0 body parts - legs. Today I did a Cathe warm-up + 2 short dan the hiit man workouts - 15 minutes for chest, 5 minutes abs (total 25 minute workout).

Linda and Annette - great job getting in some weekend fitness. Annette - Your health scare was a real scare!! I hope everything comes back with an all clear!
