Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, July 26 & 27, 2025

Linda! I guess we both started the thread at the same time this morning. How synchronous :). I hope you are back at it today.

Today I did a short Cathe Live - Quick Cardio or something - an early one in the 100's. It was a sweatfest.

Good morning Siobhan! Yes, I believe so. our posts both say 52 min. ago! We couldn't have done that
any closer if we tried!! Good job with your CatheLive this AM.

I am gonna shoot for working out Monday, Wed. & Fri next week, fingers crossed, I have been trying to
catch up on some basic cleaning this week, and I'm gonna shorten my workouts a bit next week.
We'll see.

I don't think I told you ladies that one day this past week, I received an automated call from the Police
Dept. for my area which was a "Shelter in Place" order that they were looking for an individual that
attempted to stab a woman in this area. This was around 4pm and I was scared to death, to say the
least. I didn't go outside at all, even called my neighbor to take my trash bin out to the street for the
next morning trash pickup. About 10pm that night, another call came in that the order had been
lifted, and that the suspect had been apprehended. I slept better, I tell you that!!

Cathe’s Roadtrip Metabolic Conditioning. It makes me happy to see so many people continue to participate in these special events. 45 minutes. Nice intermediate workout. Curious if this is what the new series will be like. I caught the second half of CDs live fast step and no equipment arm conditioning. Chris cues so well that I was able to jump right into the final choreography with no issues. Nice little burn in the arms as a finisher.

We have my great niece’s birthday party this afternoon. Weather looks beautiful for the pool!

Linda- Thanks for getting us started:) Have a great rest of your day/weekend. Scary call you got to shelter in place auto call from the police, so glad they called later and said danger had passe, phew!
It will be nice to have you back with your cool workout variety. I think Monday, Wednesday, and Friday should be a nice way to ease back into things. Just listen to your body and take care.

Good Morning Everyone,

I could not fall asleep last night. I can't believe I managed a workout! I did DTHT - 30 minutes of weighted/bodyweight upper body + a 5 minute T&D warm-up (took me 45 minutes in total due to needing longer breaks. Now to get ready for work :).

Linda - That sounded scary!!! I'm glad all is well now :)
ChelePA - I am kind of clueless. Is Cathe having a roadtrip this weekend?
Nora - WTG with yesterday's solid cycling workout!!
Annette - I'm sure your body appreciated the rest day
Nicki - I hope you get in a workout this weekend :)

Aqua girl…hoping you’re officially healed.

Peloton rarely offers two hour cycling classes. One of my favorite instructors was teaching this special class so I joined it live this morning. Endurance based. 33 miles total. Followed with an extended stretch.
