Good morning ladies!

I decided to try one of my new blender workouts this AM, and it was a longer one, but time flew by!
so....

Today's workout:

Blender- "New PHA Training" - 46 min.

Have a good day ...........tomorrow will be a rest day for me!
 
Linda, I really need to get the Blender! What did you include in the "New PHA Training"?
So, you can make them as long or short as you like and can you pull in from different workouts in different series?
Good job!!

I am going to go out with a friend today shopping. Will depend on how long I will be able to stay out depending on my leg. Will try to get in a LMR workout - I love this series because there is always something I can do no matter what hurts or how much time or energy I have.
 
Nicki, you have no idea how much fun & varied the blender is!! I highly recommend!
You can blend workouts as short or as long as you want and you can pull chapters from
any of the dvd workouts as you want.

My new PHA that I did this AM is warmup, then 3 rounds of six lower, upper exercises. However you repeat the 6 exercises in each round before moving on to the next
round. Stretch completes the workout. I pull in as many different workouts to use as I
can, for ex: rear lunges #1 is different rear lunges in the repeat, most of the time from an
entirely different workout…it probably sounds like a lot, but really it’s as simple as
1-2-3!

I took a rest day yesterday (too much work to do before work :( ). Today I did a mix of STS Meso 3 for chest and back (35 minutes) and added on 15 minutes of 2.0 for biceps. I stretched during my rests.

Glad to see us all checking in together. I hope this tariff war doesn't affect us as a group e.g. will Cathe's app prices be impacted? Enjoy your day everyone.

I took a rest weekend. So tired of this aching, throbbing, painful leg!
STS Meso 3 - Love MESO 3!!
Sometimes I'll take the entire weekend off too so I can give my shoulder a rest. It can get frustrating for us to have the pain & it's important to listen to our bodies. I have to always be sure to allow those rest/recovery days since I can get so OCD about working out.
