Hi Everyone,

Today I did a Cathe Workout Blender of PUB + strong and sweaty series upper body moves

Elsie - I am so sorry to learn about your cat. Big big hugs to you. Gosh life throws us some tough ones

Great workouts this past week ladies. I've been working out - just not checking in. I just feel overloaded this summer. I did cathe workout blender workouts the last two days - they were good.

Enjoy today everyone.

((Hugs)) right back at ya, dear. You are always so consistent, Ceci. Way to go!!
Happy to see your PT is complete Annette. Take easy care.
Peg, Mouser isn't doing very well. I am cherishing our time and doing everything to keep her content and comfortable. The new Vet that I had to get in the past couple of days is a lot more cooperative with care. I really tried for a house-call Vet but, dang, everyone is on vacation now.

Have a lovely weekend Linda, Henriette & Missy Hiett!! :) I appreciate your warm thoughts, Linda.

Dear Elsie, love and prayers for you and Mouser. I feel really bad for you as I know what it's like. I've had animals around me my entire life. I'm glad you like this vet better. It helps a little. Ceci you're killing the upper body huh? Good for you. Henriette I hope you're taking it easy. I almost feel like I have a personal investment in your pregnancy. Babies give us hope for the future. Annette how was the interview for your son? That can be nerve racking. Today I did Michelle Dozois newest "On the go workouts". It was nice but not Peak 10 intensity which is ok. Hi to all who follow. Have a great day.

Hi gals,

Son's interview is on the 30TH, I just spent 2 hours shopping for an interview outfit for him. $102 and 2 stores later (with lots of running back and forth to the fitting room with various items and sizes)we have an interview outfit.
Dress black pants, bright blue with white threads (very subtle)dress shirt , black belt, nice tie, dress black socks and new dress black shoes.
Please pray that the interview goes well, he needs a job.

We seem to all be having pet issues. We are still trying to keep our 16 year old cat eating and hopefully gaining weight. She is too thin.

Have a great day and workout!

Does she have hypothyroid, IBD or kidney disease? What did her last check up say?
My Mouser lost 32% of her bodyweight in under 7 weeks, but that is because she went into end stage renal failure. We started a blood pressure med today. She suddenly lost most of her vision the other night as we tried to get her to a vet. If your kitty does have crf, I would suggest subQ fluids. Mouser has had kidney disease for almost 6 years and was doing quite well up till this last 3.5 months or so I guess where it's been mainly ups and some downs. It's best to catch it early. It's very, very manageable. We did subQs every 4 days or so and it kept her appetite up. I also found switching to 80% wet food helped immensely.(All of our finicky beasts are different!!)

Sorry so off-topic you guys!!!!!

Yes, our elderly cat is on thyroid medicine . She probably has bad gums too, so she can not eat the hard food anymore. So she is on can food. She is 16.

Sending all the well wishes her way!!! Spending part of our lives with elder animals is such a gift to me as they have so much to teach us. My Mouser loves kibble but yeah, last time she wanted it it aggravated her gums. I truly hope you find something to help with her weight maintenance. It's tough to find low sodium pastes for them.

Hi ladies,

I am so sorry to hear about all your pets' issues.

Yesterday I didn't manage a workout. I reached my daily burn goal, as the day was sooo long and I was not completely inactive, but a 6am start for me in the weekend is not a favorable start! So I took it easy once we got home from the tournament.

Today I spent the morning online shopping. I got the boys matching varsity coats and hoodies for next summer. There was a 50% off at Carters and OshKosh so I just couldn't help also buying more stuff but nearly all for 12months and up as I have already bought so many things and my parents actually brought Magnus's baby clothes from 11 years ago with them when they came to visit last week. I can't believe my sister kept all of the in her attic for all these years! I will be spending days (literally) washing everything and seeing what is nice enough to keep. I feel like I will need to take pictures daily of the baby as I have gotten so many cute outfits. It's so easy to just buy and buy and buy online, esp when there are sales. Actually I only buy in sales [emoji13]

After making a biscoff cheesecake together with Magnus and my stepdaughter this morning I finally got to workout again. I did Xtrain AOLIH the whole thing and then the warm up section on step from Body Max 2. I love love love step, but I really have to limit it more and more now as it does not feel right. Also low lunges and mountain climbers need quite some modification with my bump in the way.

Today is a beautiful day so besides doing laundry and other chores I will make the most of it with a good book in the garden and then BBQ tonight with the cheesecake for desert. I am very curious how it will turn out. It was a new to me recipe from Pinterest. There are just so many mouthwatering recipes on there!

Have a lovely Sunday!

Hi Everyone,

Today I did hardstrikes. I will keep it simple today as I think I've been working out a bit too much lately - the body knows...

Henriette - I love AOLIH too - love the moves, the music. Trouble is, i've done is sooooooooo much that i likely need a break for a year or so :)

Elsie - you are so full of love and appreciation - especially of the moments you have left with your precious friend - hugs hugs hugs to you

Peg - I have just never gotten into michelle dozois although I feel I like her - just never could get through her workouts - like too much going on, too much energy etc.. i should check her out again

annette - you got off cheap with interview clothes! my kids spend like $500 on an outfit + hair to prepare for interviews - it's ridonculous

have a great day everyone

Ceci, there is a sale going on and I had a 40% coupon off one item and the store used a 20% off coupon for the rest. I can work a good sale any day. At that store the savings listed at the bottom of the receipt was $72. Remember there I paid $52 and change.

I spent the other $50 at WAL-MART where prices are cheaper. No way was I spending $40 for a tie when Wal-Mart had them for $10.

We spent more on middle son when he needed a suit for college related events. Which doubles as an interview suit. We did have to get him a new pair of suit pant when he gained a little weight.

You have girls, I remember spending right about $200 for my first suit and that was eons ago, lol!

I am sure prices are higher now.

Hi everyone! I've had some beautiful weather here, I hope everyone else has too. Today I did 2 shorter Cathe Live classes. Crossfire Express and upper body express. I felt my upper body, no wait...it was numb, by the time I finished! The ladies in her class are impressive. They were using 15 lbs when I dropped to 10 then 8. . Anyway I hope everyone is well and our furry family members are ok. I'm thinking if you.

Henriette, how was the Cheesecake? Now I'm going to obsess until I get myself a slice! Or perhaps a cannoli. Oh hell, any pastry.

Hi ladies,

Today I took a 70 minute walk with my friend. Felt good, nice late afternoon walk.
See ya tomorrow![emoji16]

Peg - please stop obsessing over the cheesecake. It was a disaster [emoji13]

It looked beautiful, but the recipe called for heavy cream, which does not exist here and the substitute I used wasn't good enough so it didn't set:

It was very sweet and super filling so we all had some of the melted mess and then gave up. Will stick to baking regular stuff like brownies and cakes.
