Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's latest live. It was really fun and tough. What is the brand of leggings she is wearing? They are so cute. And my goodness, Cathe's upper body looks cut - is this from her program? Getting excited!

And yes, yesterday was my last day in the office and man oh man, it was busy. Wow. I am sad to leave so much goodness behind but equally excited to finally have time for myself, my business and more training!

Linda - I have a foam roller and use is sporadically
Nora - wow - you have a lot of equipment as well
Annette - you've gotta have pretty big muscles with all the weight you can manage

Oh my, I am not even going to start on the list of smaller equipment. …good way to sum
it up, ALOT!!!

That was quite a gym workout you had yesterday, Annette,I applaud you on lifting heavy
like that, there is no way I could do that….

Annette- You are my hero lifting heavy weights. I can't lift that heavy. I've been had set backs with a broke arm and spradic MS issues that have kept me from working out. I'm slowly getting my strength back and
mobility/range of motion. Annette you are my hero and inspiration to lifting heavy. Amazing workout yesterday with BB Chest and back, then DB's Chest & Back.
Then finished up with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a nice stretch to end. Awesome stellar weight workouts high fives!! WTG!! Bravo!!;)

I forgot to post my workout - 1 hour movement parallels life - bodyweight workout. It was pretty tough and includes great stretching.

Lannette!!!! so lovely to see you here. Thanks for the retirement wishes. That's so nice of you. Thank you for taking the time. And yes, Annette and I have been together here since the end of 2010 - I think. Annette has been here much longer. We'd love to have you back, checking in, whenever you feel like it!

Nora - your stamina and discipline to continue working out in the face of health issues is admirable. Us fitness fanatics just can't keep away no matter what we are facing. We love our workouts! And your workout yesterday was big. wow.

Linda - nice mix! Lots of variety in your workout yesterday

Annette - cleaning = cardio!

Thank you Siobhan. That’s really kind of you. I’m going to preorder her newest. Maybe when it arrives and I begin using the workouts, I’ll take you up on it.

If anyone in the group is uncomfortable with me reading your workouts I can stop. I’m not a stalker, just interested in the kinds of workouts you put together. You’re a creative group of exercisers.
