Weekend Check in Saturday November 30th and Sunday December 1st, 2019

Hi Everyone,

I didn't check in the last couple of days as I was under the weather e.g. chills, fatigue etc.

That said, I managed a very short MH workout yesterday which probably wasn't a good idea as I napped right after :).

Today, I did more MH - 40 minutes of a 60 minute lower body workout.

Glad to see you both working out, taking rest days and checking in!

Rest day with the exception of walking around Sam's Club and coming home and vacuuming and cleaning the downstairs bathroom floor.

Today I did SSOD cycling (30 minutes) + 20 minutes of Upper Body MH + a 5 minute bicep burnout MH and my own extended stretch.

The weather is not nice out there but have a great day anyway everyone!

Today was Sweat Pump and Jump Live and extra stretching.

Snow is in the forecast today. Ugh.
