Good Morning Everyone,

I had a nice long workout today. I did a 20 minute SSOD cycle workout + a workout blender workout of upper body. i loved it.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
 
Guess we forgot to do a check in yesterday.

Well yesterday I taught 2 classes at the gym, 1st class 9 am Silver Sneakers to get this •21• women!!! Biggest class I have taught. It was an hour.

Then I taught my class at 10:30 to 9 ladies Interval 2 for an hour. I was beat and pretty much came straight home.

I have though now created a Kickbox Interval which should be fun.

No workout today, rest day!!
 
Hi Everyone,

Today I did SSOD cycling for 20 minutes (hiit). I added on PLB and my own loooooong stretches.

Happy St. Patrick's Day Everyone. I made it to an irish pub last night! home by 8 pm :)
