I got up early and did KY & Rev’d Up Rumble. Perfect for today, which is day one of month 2 of my rotation.

Today I did an older Cathe Live for legs. It was tough. I added on 100 KB swings.

Today I did a 40 minute spin class from SSOD. I added on 100 KB swings and 100 bicep curls with a KB. I did my own stretch.

KY, Xtrain Bi’s & Tri’s, 40 minutes of walk intervals. I’ll do some abs on the Pilates Cadillac later this evening. I really liked this WO!

I’m really excited because despite my shorter WOs last month I was able to use 10# DBs on everything for my triceps today. At the beginning of June I was just managing 8#!
