KY & 45 minutes of Spinning intervals today. This month flew by! I may do a short, easy Classical Stretch episode. I’m enjoying them. They feel quite restorative.

KY & The Step premix from Cardio & Weights. The official ab work I’ve been doing has been minimal but I can really feel that my core is getting stronger. I was able to do burpees last week. I still don't enjoy burpees but I can do them.
