Weekend Check-in Saturday, January 7th & Sunday, January 8th, 2023


Hi Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. I woke up just not feeling it so did house chores instead. Today, on the other hand, I was feeling it so I did an old Cathe live for kickboxing - about 40 minutes and added on Cathe's Intensity for biceps and 15 minutes of MPL. I feel like it was a good workout.
