Good Morning Everyone,
Mish mosh day again for me. I signed up for Mike D. streaming service. It's really good, lots of workouts and, in the 10 minute range so you can add on to your workout.
Today I did a 40 minute total body workout - no weights. Then I added on a 10 minute hiit workout and cathe's pyramid upper body chest/triceps (then supersetted chest/triceps on my own).
