Good Saturday Morning Friends,

I am working from home today and not the office so I squeezed in a workout! I did a Cathe Live for Core - 25 minutes. I added on 2.0 biceps bonus for 6 minutes. I really liked them both. Wow.

Annette's right! I am loving the traffic at the check-in :). All of us checking in and getting in our workouts!

I decided to do this week's CatheLive, " Feel the Reps: Upper Body & Core" - 34 min. I liked that one too.

You did this week's CatheLive, " Feel the Reps: Upper Body & Core" - 34 min. I imagine those workouts are intense, at least when I watch the clips they are! I like the cardios she does on the live workouts. I think that's just what I need!

So, today I did STS 2.0 Lower Body #1 for 53 minutes followed by a nice, relaxing stretch from Hardcore Stretch Max #1 No equipment. Felt awesome! Forget about this one but really enjoy it. Felt I needed it after the lower body.
