normally weekends (Sat/Sun) are my rest days, but, due to this upcoming weather, I decided to go ahead and do my planned Monday workout today......(while I feel like it

), and plan my rest days for
Sun & Monday. Although they might be ShovelMax days.........
So, Today's workouts are: (which would have been Monday)
YT-Rhonda Fitz Fitness - "Kettlebell workout with no Swings" - 20 min.
YT-CrossRope- "Chest, Triceps, Shoulders & RL Jump Rope Burn" - 18 min.
Hydrow CT- 10 min. Rowing & Weights AMRAP
