Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's latest live workout - Boxing Hiit Express for 30 minutes. I added on 5 grueling minutes of a BB upper body weighted workout. That's it for me. I am in the office all day today.

Annette - I am sorry to read you have eczema. Living dairy free (except for goat or sheep) cleared up eczema for me completely. I hope you find your solution.

Great workouts yesterday friends! I hope to see y'all tomorrow at the check-in.

Hi ladies,

Hubby went to the store so, I took the advantage and did 2, 11 minute Taebo Express workouts (Kick Express and Fast Footwork). Since I didn't change clothes and did them in a regular bra (not much jumping in these with the exception of jumping jacks in the 2nd one which I modified to low impact) that might be it. Not too bad for a quick Saturday unplanned workout.

Preparing for snow tomorrow and brutally cold on Monday and Tuesday especially in the mornings. And I get a tooth filled on Tuesday thankfully in the afternoon.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of 2.0 body parts for chest and biceps (it was about 40 minutes). I stretched in between the minute rests. That's it for me today.

Deanna - I just did Flex Train the other day. It's a fun alternative to Supercuts which I also love

It's cold out there. My kids live in Ottawa and it's -17 and dropping. One of my DD's has a dog she has to walk.
