Weekend Check-in Saturday, January 10th & Sunday, January 11th, 2026

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did another KB total body workout for 20 minutes + a Cathe live warm-up for 5 minutes. It was a double KB workout which was challenging.

Great job on everyone's workouts yesterday!

Nora - you posted a good mix of strength and cardio too for your workout

Kettle bells two days in a row! Ouch!
 
Did some shopping for a new reading chair for my reading room. Got a few steps in while combing furniture stores.

I found a chair barrel style that swivels with a plush sooo soft upholstery just the right size, it will be delivered on the 27th. And it was on sale to boot!!

I am happy, we also went out to eat which we haven't done since July.

All in all a good day with my hubby.

Good Morning Ladies,

Today I did a mix of the following short workouts: bodyweight/cardio for 25 minutes, 10 minute KB abs, 10 minute stretch/mobility.

Nora - WTG with your cardio and strength workout!
Annette - you and your credit card worked out yesterday :)
Linda - at least with rain you don't have to shovel :)
Nicki - It's nice to have sunny weather on the weekend when you can enjoy it

This is not the place to say too much about this but just as an FYI - we are all watching minute by minute what is happening in the US. It's all we are talking about. We feel for you all. Truly.
