Wow - last week of Feb coming...

Hi Annette,

Today I did more Lesmill on demand - I did a 30 minute intense cardio workout + 12 minutes of lower body (pump) + 10 minutes of core and my own stretch. Good workout.

It was snowing last evening, thick wet flakes coming down as I drove home. It was so beautiful outside that I played Christmas music in the car.

Ok, I did 30 minutes of weight work which consisted of 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and 10 minutes of weights using new 8 pound dumbbells I bought yesterday.

So I did something on a Saturday, Yay me!!
