Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

Today I managed a mix of a 2.0 lower body premix for 30 minutes and added on a 15 minute lower body mobility/stretch workout.

Merry Christmas to everyone. I hope you all had a wonderful few days of rest and good food.

It's been beautiful weather here in South Carolina! Today the high is supposed to be 78F. About to take Macy for a walk. How's the weather where all of you are? Anyone have snow?
 
Today:
Macy and I had a nice walk for 71 minutes - 2.09 miles and I did Cathe Live #514 Stretch and Flow for 52 minutes. That is a good one if you want a nice relaxing stretch.
I am going to try and take a class tomorrow and my Blitz 45 HiiT gym. It's been over a year and I am still not right. Next year will have my MRI and see if we can finally figure out what's going on with my leg and how to fix it;):cool::)
 
Nicki, your 71 min walk with Macy sounds lovely! and yay on doing Cathe Live #514 Stretch and Flow for 52 minutes. I'm not sure whether I have done that one or not.

Good luck tomorrow with your gym class!
 
Rest day here.

Trying to figure out what my workouts were when I was losing weight. Seems like during July, August and September I was lower weight wise. Then again during the beginning of December during the last few weeks of doing weights only (but not the last week). I am back to my all circuit workouts but trying to keep the weights heavier. We'll see how that plays out.

Nicki- I'm glad you had a nice Christmas. WOW! 78 degrees in South Carolina, lucky you. I'm in Oregon the high today was 41 degrees and the low will be 35 degrees, but no snow or ice thank goodness. Hopefully, the New Year will yield positive changes for your leg. The MRI should bring answers that will help.

Annette- All your workout schedules all seem great to me. I see you've decided to go back to circuit workouts. I love circuits very fun & efficient.
I see your a rest day fail to. I agree sometimes its just drives me crazy not to workout. Nicely done with: floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with weights and a band plus some light dumbbell work for triceps and biceps= 36 Min, WTG & high fives:) I hope your DH enjoyed watching college football, its so fun to watch especially now with bowl games etc..

I decided to get in a partial workout, I'd done more but had to keep it quiet due oldest son doing a zoom class from home, so I did what I could.

KCM 30MTF - Muscle Up Lift 2B FIT - Workout #2 = 30 Min
(legs, glutes,& arms)

Cycle Power - Timesaver #2 = 26 Min
Ab Hits - Workout #9 - Power Hour = 6 Min

It's so nice to see us all checking in! Today I did C&E for upper body (40 minutes). I added on a 10 minute mobility squat stretch. This mobility work is clearing up my lower back aches. Yeah!

Re: weather - we've had snow since November. I drove home in white out conditions on Friday. It's always a white Christmas in Ottawa but not Toronto so I'm happy for the kids to have snow for tobogganing this year. Another storm is coming tomorrow - yikes. Ottawa was -13 c plus wind chill. Toronto is much warmer but still below zero.

Nicki, no snow here, and in the 40’s - 50’s, not too bad, but a cold snap is coming, I
think!

Annette, as I think I said before, & I am a firm believer in changing up your workouts ,
so going back to circuit workouts sound like a plan! Good for you in getting
in 36 min. of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with weights and a band plus some light dumbbell work for triceps and biceps.

Nora, great workout choice with KCM 30MTF - Muscle Up Lift 2B FIT - Workout #2 = 30 Min., Cathe’s Cycle Power - Timesaver #2 = 26 Min & Ab Hits - Workout #9 - Power Hour = 6 Min. Wow, if that’s a partial workout, then good for you!! Time-wise, to me,
that’s a long one!!!! :):)

Annette, let us know. I would be curious about that. I know we all lose weight differently, but it is interesting to find out what works/doesn't work for people.

I would be interested to know what the 10-minute mobility squat stretch you did. Maybe it could help me. I'd like to try it.
Sounds cold there. Glad you had a little snow for sledding. That wind chill is the worst.
 
Looks like I won't be making it to the gym class today. Woke up with pain in my leg/hip so going to do something here and then a stretch. Will check in later this afternoon for an update.
