Today I did Cathe's latest live kickboxing and added on Caroline G bicep segment.

Rest day here. Nice workout Siobhan.

I had my son re burn my newest cd so I can add weights to the routine. My one lady hated the all cardio routine. She said that the moves had no purpose, sigh, it was supposed to be a fun workout.

Anyway, I have a migraine at the moment.

Yesterday did some light bodyweight exercise from gymnasticbodies and then went for a run.
Today finished a tough cathe live workout. Feeling great, still a long way to go.

Today I did more Caroline G - 15 minutes of her latest hiit + did her tempo workout (35 minutes) for chest/tri's/shoulders. I have extra time this morning so enjoyed a bit of a longer workout. Now, to stretch!

Yes, very tough crowd. Hi and welcome Nati.

Today I worked a tad on the revamp of the cardio no purpose moves routine. I typed up a new version with compound weight moves like shoulder press into a tricep kickback and bicep curl into a side lateral. I made both weight songs the exact same. It is 8 moves, with the option to repeat if time allows. Cardio is taken from the original routine plus some older stuff taken from other workouts and a small amount of new material.

We will see how it goes.

I teach every day but Thursday this week because the other instructor is on vacation.
