Weekend Check in Saturday August 15th & Sunday August 16th, 2020

I didn’t see a weekend thread so I started one.

Yesterday was a recovery day for me with light stretching and KY only. Today I did KY & CTX Step & Intervals. This is Week 3 of my 3rd month of my rotation so it’s the lighter recovery week. I’ll do an restorative CS or Qigong later.

Rest days for me. Some walking yesterday around furniture stores. But that was it.

Be back at it tomorrow.
 
Cathe Interval Max today and it was a killer!!! However, when I was doing the workout the totally rad 80's called and want the sweat bands back :p:p Plus, two walks at .6 Miles each walk in the Florida heat. Bring on Monday and a bunch of appointments.

Hi Everyone,

Welcome Mad-Dog88!

I worked out all weekend but couldn't figure out my password on my tablet. I did two phoenix movement jump rope workouts plus segments from PUB.
 
Thanks for the welcome!!! Workout #2 Muscle Endurance in the books!! Workout got disrupted about 50min in when I tried to take Cooper out for a walk but Mother Nature had other plans so I resumed. Talk about a killer workout!! I used 3, 5, and 8lbs. But mostly 5 & 8lbs. Short Cathe workout for tomorrow since I have to take Cooper to the vet. I Don't know how you ladies do some of these HARD workouts???
