Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Boho B. yoga workout for 45 minutes. It was stretch only, holding poses for 4 minutes at a time. Wowza!

Great workouts from everyone yesterday. Glad to see us checking in and getting in our daily fitness.

I am off to Ottawa again tomorrow for a few days so I won't be working out.

Hi girls,

I thought I could shake this feeling but could not. I've been sleep deprived effecting my balance in a big way. Plus have a bad cut on my thumb and trying to keep the bleeding at a stop. I think I just need to rest this weekend so I can be able to workout next week, we'll see. So, afer saying all that I did not workout today, but decided to sleep and rest . I Have been beinge watching The Curse of Oak Island on the History Channel.

Good job ladies on workouts tone today, well done!

Rest day here unless you count walking around Walmart grocery shopping.
