Weekend Check-in, Sat-Sun, November 19-20, 2016

Thanks for starting us all off! Today I did my own Cathe WB ICE cardio/STS upper body intervals for 50 minutes and then added on EDT Cathe ICE MM biceps/shoulders - great workout!

Today I did an hour of the Ultimate Taebo using hand weights for most of it.

I was down another half a pound so I am stoked!!

Happy Sunday., yes Elsie, it's getting pretty chilly !! The wind is blowing here as well, so it makes it feel a lot colder than I guess it is.

I just finished some"quality" time on my elliptical :), hope to get in another CatheLive workout this afternoon.
We'll see!
 
Just finished about 3/4 of CatheLive Crush it low impact, it was ok I guess, but I don't care for drill after drill
With no recovery, that 's just me. So I did do about 3/4 of it, then waited for the short cool down and stretch.
I prefer the weight live workouts, but I chose that one because it was a shorter one and I wanted to see if it
Played ok because I did have a problem on the Live workout I did yesterday, but today's played fine. Now, it's
Shower, wash hair time!! My goodness the wind is blowing hard here today and it's cold!!!!!!

Hi ladies,

Late check in for the weekend. I basically took a rest weekend.

Saturday I spent half a day travelling around by bus with my son so he can now, if needed, take the bus to school and from school to the basketball club. Getting ready for when I start my new job in December as I may not always be as flexible in my hours as I am now.
Once home I ended up on the couch reading magazines.... I am still reading the summer issues. I am so far behind! I needed to rest and just do nothing!

Sunday we had an early start with an away game and a friend was meant to come, but due to the storm she decided to stay home. She doesn't have a car so she had to ride her bike to the game with her 4 year old and it was really windy and raining hard, but not that cold. We had one week of real cold and this past week it was milder but really wet. After my son's game we went over to my friend's house for lunch and just hung out there. I introduced her to Shine Dance Fitness using YouTube, and I think we danced 4 or 5 songs, but that's it for me.

Hopefully I can get back into it during the week, although I am being more careful as I really just want to get over all my pains so I can do everything again. I hate not being able to just do any workout completely.... even high impact and always wondering if my legs will hurt even more afterwards.

That's so nice that you got your friend to do a fun workout with you, Henriette!! Best of luck with your new job. Is it the same type of work/different workplace?
I did a past midnight workout myself as the whole weekend was so frantic. Did LIVE Hi-Low HIIT with Step. Didn't get through all the core at the end as I was BEAT by then. What a tough one! Thanks for the heads up on that LIVE, aquagirl ...... have not tried it out quite yet but it has been on my radar for some time. I find her shorter ones can be her toughest usually.
