Good morning ladies, I just finished 2 blender workouts, 1st was 35 min. STS Meso's Chest & Back workout,
And 2nd was my 16 min. Ice Back, Biceps, & Shoulders. Hope everyone has a good day & weekend.

You must be pretty fit with all your workouts. Do you friends know you are a cathlete?

Today I did Giant sets again and loved every minute of it. it really flies by. i added on RUUB chest/triceps.

Haven't done a w/o yet. My son had an away game, other side of the country. We left home at 10 and got back at 17.00. It's like a fulltime job being his supporter!

My stomach is acting up, so no w/o right now. Maybe later tonight. I want to do Giant Sets today, but I need my stomach to feel okay, otherwise I will have to wait and do it tomorrow.

Today I did Cathe's Hard Strikes the timesaver no conditioning . Boy, I really hate full on jumping jacks good thing I can modify.

I was down almost 3 pounds this morning that was a very happy surprise!

Yep, I am a "no jumping jacks" girl....unless it is maybe 1 or 2....otherwise I modify with low jacks...always...
There is nothing in jumping jacks that I am going to miss :)

Cathe has been kinda quiet on here for awhile, wonder what she's up to. Maybe working on the
FitTower DVDs:)
 
I'm back ! :) got in a total of about 35 min on my bike, using Bitgym(10 min.) Peloton (5 min cooldown ride) and then a short blender
mix: Strong & Sweaty Cycle Compound Circuit (20 min) Where are you Elsie??? Hope you are ok and everything is ok.

Today I did a short Mike D. hiit workout + a 15 minute short yoga stretch. That's all for today!

Linda - people have advised me over the years that I am addicted to exercise. I have come to learn that this is not quite true. I have more of a hardened habit with exercise. If I do not work out in the morning - my day just doesn't feel right because I've been doing this for sooooo long. that said, I am flexible enough to take at least 1 day off a week. If I had to switch my workout to after work - it would not happen very often cos i do not have a habit of working out at that time and it's too inconvenient and... i talk myself out of it. so as much as I love exercise, if I don't do it in the morning it rarely happens.

Moving 2, an indoor walking workout with light weight toning. I did the 28 min. Premix which was the weight
Sections (while walking in place) and it was so much fun and flew by! I don't think I have ever done that premix
Before, glad I did. Might go to the fitness center after church and walk the track for awhile. And who knows what
Else! It is funny, Coco understands some words, like go bye bye, supper, work, go to store and EXERCISE! He
Knows what I am doing when I say that word, for sure. :) :)

Good workouts!
My stomach still doesn't feel gr8, but I managed to do S&S Giant Sets start of the afternoon. Good, but tough w/o. I enjoyed it, but I prefer PHA, maybe also becuz I am not a fan of the barbell. My stomach didn't feel worse during the w/o, until it was time for preacher curls. That felt horrible as my stomach was pushing against the ball.

Well I did make it to the gym earlier today and walked the track using an audio workout, the Firm Power Walk with
Weights and finished then with 15 min on the treadmill. Then later at home I did 2 blender workouts, 30 min
Lower body and 16 min. RWH cardio. That did me in, I had to take a nap! :). Have a good evening everyone!
I have Tomorrow off, so not sure what I am going to do!
 
Hey everyone! I know I don't check in all the time but I do read your posts. My beloved Pop Pop would call me a "some timer". He was usually referring to church though. Anyway...HELLOOOO! I need to workout or do something physical everyday otherwise I'm off! I get it. Those who are jealous or don't exercise simply don't get it. If they want to say I'm addicted, I say come join me before the sun rises and work out with me! Anyway, yesterday I did Cathe Live #6- Total body weights....holy crap my legs were quivering. Today I did The Terminator- Viper. Yes that's the one that's 1 hour 20 min. I'll sleep like a baby tonight. Feeling strong, feeling fit, feeling tight and strong. Yes, that's my addiction!!!
 
Hey tlc93, sounds like you are getting in some great workouts!! Back to jumping jacks, I want to clarify, while I don't do them, more than a couple "on land", I am a big "jumping jacker" in the pool! I could do them all day in
The water, as well as power scissors, ski hops, jogging, I just can't handle those higher impact moves on the floor.
I do some of those things as well on my rebounder.
