First on a weekend. Wow!!

I did a brisk 40 minute walk with a friend.

He has Risen! Happy Easter! (For those who see this tomorrow)

Happy Easter everyone!

This morning I played in a kid-parent basketball tournament with my son. There were 5 teams so we played 4 games of 15 min and even though it was all about the kids having fun and getting more confident I still got super sweaty running back and forth.

In the afternoon I walked quite a bit when going to some stores and the I tried another new to me w/o. KCM LIFT workout Powersculpting. I wasn't expecting to get so tired and sweaty in 30 min, so instead of doing another 30min I took it easy and tried the short 8 min yoga/stretch on the KCM Your Best Body dvd, and boy was I shaking when trying to hold some of the positions.

Now I can shakingly give Interlocking Crochet a go. Have never done that type of crochet before today so I am quite exited.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Hi ladies, this morning was devoted to my favourite passion after Cathe: shopping. I bought coloured shirts and blouses and a few make-up products. This afternoon we took the dogs out for a long walk, then I finally managed to do my 33 Sts meso 3 disc, that was all about shoulsders, biceps and triceps. I still have not fully recovered from my cold/cough but I felt strong enough to do it to the end. Take care!

Hi Everyone,

I am still under the weather but managed a workout today. It's been a long time that I've been sick like this. 5 weeks! Anyway - I did Rippedism legs + a fitness blender bodyweight leg workout - 15 minutes plus my own stretch and ab workout.

Sandy - you didn't get good friday off? You must be nearly done STS

Great workouts ladies - even if not from a dvd.

See you all tomorrow.

Hey, great walking, shopping, bball, crocheting & workouts all!! Yes, shopping counts! I think trying on pants sometimes feels like tabata! ;)

Siobhan, you're stubborn aren't you? You need to take a rest girl!! If it's the FB unweighted legs I think it is, that one is Tough.

No workout for me today - REST. Will do some restorative yoga and ball release later.

Good Sunday Morning Friends! Happy Easter :)

Today I did Rippedism Pipes + washboard abs + my own standing weighted abs. I added on 10 minutes of another rippedism to make it a full hour. I am only doing weights these days. Feeling a bit better every day.

Ladies - some of you shopping, getting ready for spring.
Elsie - you are so right. I need to take a longer rest. I really do. Yet I don't????????

Have a wonderful day everyone.

Hi!

I hope everyone is having a lovely Easter Sunday.

I was considering taking a rest day, but then decided I needed to move at least a bit and not just between kitchen table and couch

I started with Shaun T's Rockin Body Rock it out but stopped after 5 min. They were boring and then he added weights, which was what I needed to avoid today. My body did not need weights after yesterday's Powersculpting. I then popped in Cize Go For it and did that whole workout adding the complete dance an extra 3 times. So after an hour I had nearly burnt 500 kcal and now I can go back to being lazy and enjoying some good food. ☺

Happy Easter my friends! I feel better luckily. I have to be honest,I can't wait to complete my STS Program. I loved it but 3 and a half months are a long period and there are a lot of new Cathes's dvds on my shelves that I want to try out! So I am concentrating on the last 3 discs. That is also appropriate as I would have avoided cardio w/s anyway. So today was disc 34' of meso 3 week 4, back and chest! If I look back at the first week of meso 1, well... the results are amazing, I am so much stronger. It'a journey that has just started, I know I can do so much more..

Sounds like good progress Sandy seeing results is always a great sign.

Today is a rest day but I also have shin splints from yesterday's walk, ugh!! Hopefully they will be better by tomorrow.

Happy Easter! ! He is risen!! He is risen, indeed!

Hi ladies & glad to hear of a nice Sunday. :) Congrats to you Sandy on your accomplishments with STS. Bravo!

Yesterday was restorative yoga & today did quite a but of running around and had a great walk in the sunshine after our visit to Science World for the Body Worlds animals exhibit and am just getting home. It's been a very busy couple of days (in the good sense). So, more or less two rest days it's been for me.
See you all tomorrow.

Hi Elsie, rest is good. Sometimes we underestimate its importance, but our body makes us aware very soon that we need it, doesn't it?
Today I felt strong and also so much willing to complete STS MESO3. So this morning was disc 35 plyo legs and this afternoon disc 36 Shoulders, Biceps and triceps. The plyo legs w/s are tough, tough. Doing strength and plyo exercises in the same routine with so little rest in between is really challenging for me. I go out of breath so quickly, this type of training is something I have absolutely got to imorove in. Tomorrow it is another day off for me, the last one and I will start thinking how I want to proceed after completing my first STS program. Have a good day everybody! Rainy day here in Milan today and cloudy and a little bit colder, not too much though.

Sandy, Plyo + strength does the same for me. MANY water breaks and even asking Cathe if she is tyring to kill me or not! Glad you had a strong day! And, yeah, I really do need those rests. ;)
Hey there to everyone else & hope the long weekend is being LONG enough for ya. :)

Today was a 40 minute FitB shoulders & arm strength (kept it to 9 reps), part of Xtrain Rear Delts and a long stretch + foam roller regimen from fitnessGlo.
Going for a brisk walk later on. It is another lovely and not too hot day here today.
