Hi Everyone!

KY& The Add-on UB + Abs from Basic Step and Body Fusion with heavier weights & bands then 45 minutes of low key walk intervals.

I love my easier week of this rotation. I’m ready to move on but will miss the rotation when it ends.

A low energy day, so I did a high energy 30m Barre Workout w/Barre with Andrea. Yikes! I liked it though.

Today is a rest day for me. In reality more like active recovery. I plan on doing a some KY & maybe a little Qigong.

I haven’t been doing a very good job of getting the day of the week up on this thread early. We’ve had an seemingly endless number of appointments. It feels like we’re playing COVID catch up because they were all cancelled while our state was in lock down.

Lanette - no worries on getting the day of the week posted. I am enjoying this weekly thread. I hear you on the appointment catch up. The majority of our doctors and not up and running 100%. They prefer virtual visits. Our state has done a great job, but we are still not out of the woods. Our transmission rate is still over 1.

Sherri - how is the air quality?
Today was Circuit Works plus Barre and Core Live and Yoga

Hi all,

Today was 30m Vinyasa Flow Yoga for Strength Flexibility Balance Focus w/Yoga Upload. I had planned on doing some kickboxing today but I have been a little stressed out because today my dog has an appt. with the vet for an xray. They "think" she has torn her ccl (in humans it is the acl). Ugh!! I think it is just a severe strain, so I really want to eye the xray.

Lisa-the air quality is horrible!!! So much smoke still in the air and the sun is giving off an orange glow now.

Geoff, your ear issue sounds awful. I’m glad it’s better.
Lisa, that looks like a great workout, even without the yoga. Question, since you stream Cathe will you automatically get to see her newest when they come out? I’m anxiously awaiting their arrival.

Sherri, I hope the smoke isn’t too awful. Our normally clear blue skies are kind of muddy and I wondered if it was the effect of the smoke I heard we’d see.

Last WO of Week 3 for me. KY, a cobbled UB & Core using the original FitTower WOs. I love using these WOs this way! I finished off with 45 minutes of moderate walking intervals.

Today was PHA3 Live. This is one of the best PHA workouts
Lannette and Sherri I love all the yoga you do. If I could stop eating so many carbs than maybe I could do more yoga and less cardio and weightlifting

Today was Cardio Band Blast Live and yoga.

The weather here has been amazing - high 60’s low humidity.

Work has been super busy so sorry if I have been short on the personal. Not complaining as I love to work :)
