Week to Week 11/02/20-11/08/20

Hi everyone,

Today I did a Fat Free KY No Impact Aerobics, Perfect30 HI HIIT 4m, Step Boss 21 min bonus step WO, Perfect30 Core 9m - I love this combo. Pure workout bliss.

I got almost no sleep last night so I’m at the crash and burn stage.

Today is a restorative/Rest day. I did a little Kundalini Yoga warm-up and then breath work and meditation. I also did the Mobility Basics Stretch TS from Perfect Flow. It felt wonderful! It’s a bit choppy as far as transitions go but the next time I do it I’ll know what’s coming up, so no big deal.

CarolRose: You’re such a kind person. Unfortunately we had to put Starsky down. Despite his initial rally he had several really serious things going on, none of which were correctable. He was such a wonderful cat. We’re all missing him terribly.

Good morning! Today I did the legs portion of Slow & Heavy Legs & Shoulders. And I'm wiped out. LOL! I always try to go as heavy as I can when I do this series. :)
 
Thank you so much for the kind thoughts on our losing Starsky. He was so special. Evenings are the worst because we had a standing nightly “date” when I brushed and snuggled him and gave him some kibble. At least I have those great memories.

I need to move when I’m stressed, nervous or sad.
Today I did KY then a 40 minute Turbo Barre mix I made by using the chapter menu. I added the 9 minute UB segment from the original FT DVD. Finally 4 minutes of 40/20 HIIT intervals and cool-down. I like 40/20 the best. Even 4 minutes really lifts my spirits.

Good morning! Hubby and I stayed up WAY too late, watching the parties around the country and, of course, listening to the speeches. :) But it was worth it, IMHO.

Anyway... I did Slow & Heavy Chest today. i really love to split the body parts when I do this series, so I can concentrate on only that one area and go really heavy.

Yesterday was a rest day. I got some cleaning and laundry done and had a wonderful massage. Today was Yvette Med Ball Blast and Perfect30 Yoga.

CarolRose my husband and I did the same last night. I am super excited for the change. Very tired of the rhetoric and divide. We are better than that.

Lannette I continue to keep you in my thoughts.

Waves to everyone!
Today I did Cardiovascular & Core emphasis KY, 4 minutes of HIIT & 40 minutes of walk intervals.

We were also up late watching the country celebrate. My youngest son lives in Philly. He and his GF stayed in but were quite excited. Lisa, you summed up my feelings beautifully. Also thanks for your kind thoughts.

Our Governor is predicting some truly horrific virus numbers for our state between now and the end of the year. I’m still seeing a few local clients but will probably need to close again if he’s right.

I’ve never been happier to be a boring home body. It must be terrible for social butterflies.
