Yesterday I did KY & Barlates Gentle Home Cardio Sculpting. It came in at 40m & wasn’t a killer workout but I enjoyed it.

CarolRose I saw your drum set! Congratulations! You’re sure to enjoy it. Happy Birthday! :)

Yesterday I did KY & Barlates Fusion Flow Mat. This one didn’t thrill me. I’m going to finish out the month with Linda and then start my new rotation.

Today was Perfect30 LI Hiit, Pyramid Hiit and Extended Stretch. Another Cathe winner. I may give the LB/UB workouts a try tomorrow.

Good morning, everyone! Today was Perfect30 Perfect Flow Mobility Basics, and I really needed it today. Not feeling well. Tired and my stomach is off, so this was the perfect workout today. :)

Hi All,
Tuesday was KY & Barlates Beginner Intervals Ramp it Up. This wasn’t a stand out for me. Yesterday was KY.

Geoff: Cathe sent out info on the Calendar on Monday.You can also find it in the main cathe announcement forum. I had ask about the calendar in our check in previously but got no response so I assume no one uses it.
 
I pre-ordered the calendar so I'll have something inspirational to hang on the wall in my workout room. :)

Today was Perfect30 Perfect HIIT High Impact. I modified 90% of it. LOL! But I knew I would have to. High impact is way beyond me these days, though I do mange a few hops and jumps now and then. The knees are shot and I know that, but not shot enough to have anything done about it. Not yet, at least. :)

Still, even modifying, it was a fantastic cardio workout for me. Much more enjoyable and fun than the walking workouts. I'm going to incorporate more of these types of workouts and more metabolic workouts next month, as opposed to the walking ones. I think I'll benefit more from them. Between Cathe and Tracie Long, I have plenty of those to mix in with the strength training.

I can definitely tell my cardio endurance has improved in the past few months. It's amazing how that happens when you can workout without pain, or the threat of pending surgery hanging over your head. I'm so grateful every day that I wake up without pain or the twinge of yet another kidney stone saying hello.

Mat work from Cathe Pyramid Lower Body in the books...Is t Friday yet?? After, a week if negotiations looks like we reached an agreement on me getting that airplane I've been after for two years! Thanks for the info on the calendar!! I wish they had some ball caps for sale.

Good morning and happy Friday! I did Fit Split Pull Day, only that part of the premix. It was a great solid workout in just over 30 minutes. :)
