Hi cathe, my name is Brenda, I have been workingout since i was 14 or so, but as i have aged.. now, 39, I have hypothyroid, but it's under control, i just went through menopause, due to a hystroectomy, 6 yrs. ago. I am now post menopause. I would like very much to know, what kind of exercise routine i should do. I am workingout to your programs on tv. are they in a specific order or are the ones on tv. just previews basically? i used to do modified pyramid system when i was younger, but i was told that routine isn't good for older woman, like me, who need to build bone and muscle. I am finding my muscles are getting pretty week. please help! what do you recommmend? I eat pretty good too. I am on the glycemic index diet. I also take herbs and i am just finishing up a dieters cleanse. Hope you can help me. Thanks so much. Brenda
