Good morning....hope your weekend will be good...
Question of the Day (or weekend)--2 questions in one :)

What is your most favorite and least favorite color? Easy, right?

My favorite color is blue, most all shades of blue......and least favorite color is red....(don't know why, I just
can't get into red !)

Hi Linda,

Today I did more Daily Burn - metabolic workouts mainly + some abs and a short stretch

Fav colour is: varying shades of purple/lavender. I also love red but prefer purple
Least fav colour - depressing shades of brown, bright yellow

have a great day everyone

Hi ladies,

Favorite color: just about any shade of blue.
Least favorite: orange.

Today's w/o was KCM Lean Circuit premix 1, so both workout 1 and 2. Really good w/o, but I am definitely starting to feel like my body might not be up for super intense workouts much longer.

Have a good weekend!

Aaahhh....you are a blue lover too, Henriette, many shades of blue, navy, Royal, baby, Sky, robin egg, marine,
And on & on :). Great workout for ya'

OMG, that's really pretty...I about like them all....I forgot about Carolina blue and teal and turquoise, there's just
So many !

Hi Peg, I see you're online. I'm getting ready to head to Wally World (Walmart)... Hope to get a workout in later.

Hi ladies,

Rest day here.

Favorite color, blue
Least favorite, ???

Hard to decide, clothing wise I don't like bright green on myself.

Have a great day and workout! Cool today.

Hi everyone! I'm with you, blue, blue, blue! I painted my bedroom this summer very close to the "maya" color. It's very soothing. I don't know if I like blue because my eyes are blue or (as my MIL would say) I'm a Pisces and that's a water sign. I'm not a fan of red or other colors I feel are harsh. I go for soft and comforting.

Linda!!! That's what we call Walmart. Ugh! Anyway, today I got to do Cathe Live Fit tower cardio legs. Holy crap!!! My legs are done!

Henriette, you still impress me but you'll know when it's time to take it easy. Nice to see everyone. Have a great day.

Peg, I have blue eyes and a Pisces also, funny. Not much into the zodiac thing but still interesting to know we're the same one.

Well, I'm a "green-eyed monster" :) LOL... Back to report a blender Standing Legs 30 min workout this evening.
Got it in my left hip/back again, so I better cool it!
Henriette, I am in awe of how you are working out...I just don't think I could do it.
Yep, Peg, it's good ole Wally World here too. I got a few other names for it too, at times, like today :). I can be in
A decent mood going in and a terror when I come out those doors!!

I can't stand Walmart but it is cheaper than other stores. Plus, where else can you buy pickles and underwear in the same aisle (almost).

OMG.....OMG.....where in the hell did you find that??????? That is absolutely totally hilarious!!!!! She's got
Green eyes too, doesn't she???!? That is crackin' me up!!!!' That about says it to a tee!

Okay ...that video is freaking me out!! lol.
Fave colour? Shades of blue and blueish grey. In terms of clothes, I look best in grey, deep maroon, cool reds, some greens. Earth tones make me look sick.
Least fave colour? Probably anything pastel.

Tonight, I did a HASfit bodyweight legs 40 minutes.

Missy, hope you're feeling a little better!!

Hi ladies,

Those Ain't Doing it videos kinda freak me out, but they're also funny.

Today I did Cathe's Step Moves, or at least I tried. I did 20min of it and then got confused and decided now is not the time to be confusing myself with step. I then did CoffeyFit Raw Boxing on my heavy bag. Nothing confusing about that workout and my shoulders were spent by the end of it. Whenever she said put your hips into it, I thought yes and no... I know that's how you box, using your core, but that just doesn't work for me at the moment.

My body is really changing with the belly and I am starting to doubt whether he will want to stay in there another 6 weeks.

For the rest it's a normal Sunday, with extra laundry as it was our turn to wash the basketball clothes for the team. Now that they're all hanging up to dry there is a permanent air of detergent on that whole floor!

Time to relax and read now. I need it!

Have a lovely Sunday!

Good morning Henriette, how's mommy & baby this morning:)? I did step today too...just did a short 20 min.
Step mix...back is still hurting a little, so that will probably be it for today. Took Coco for a bath this AM, I bring
Him home still wet to some degree, but I think he's probably dry now and probably ready for a stroll.
Have a good day.

Hi Linda,

By now it is evening, nearly 8 and it's already dark out! Mornings are dark and so are the evenings, such short days already.

This morning the baby was calm, but my body is feeling more tired. All afternoon and evening the baby has been very active and some of his kicks and stretches really hurt! But overall we are doing just fine.

Does Coco like going for a bath? Do you always take him somewhere or also bathe him at home?

Well I was sitting here and thought I want to do another short workout, then I thought "Hmmmm, ain't gonna do
It" :):) ( sorry, I couldn't resist) but I did anyway. I did a blender Tabatacise workout, 24 min. Starting with
A bike warmup, then a tabata round on the bike, then a tabata round of ice breakers, squat digs and power
Scissors & repeated, with a tabata step blast/recovery and then tabata heavy bag round followed by a short
Cool down and stretching off the bike, but using it to hold on to. I got in a lot in 24 min!!!!

Henriette, I always take him out to a bath, usually Petco, he sheds a lot and I know my drains would probably
Close up! They trim his nails and it doesn't take too long. They towel dry him and then I bring him home to
Finish drying. It works out pretty good, although he's not too good in the car.
